I wa here at their grand opening and 2 times since. The food is actually good for a sports bar but priced a little on the high side. The servcie is really sub-par, and this has been the case every time I went. Theres something wrong with their ticket system we had like 4 different servers and they kept asking our cluster of tables who the food was for that they were bringing out...the waitresses seemd to have no idea which table the food they were bringing was for. Our main waitress was hot but obviously not up to the challenge of working on a busy night, she tried awkwardly to flirt, never asked us how our food was, never asked about drink refills, and bizarrly decided to "clean" our table while we were sitting down by spraying her windex all ove rincluding into my bebr and on all our forearms....that was really weird, this place has some very glaring problems with service, organization, the food is good...its debatable if/when I'll go back due to the unusually bad and bizarre servcie though...too bad it also looks great and is an awesome atmosphere in general
Food poisoning for my wife within the second week of opening, Most have been the portobello sandwich. We will be informing the Ottawa board of health. I like the atmosphere and the staff were super nice, but this put a real negative spin on things.
